Risk and Compliance

SHIFT’s specialist risk and compliance Consultants have all done the hard yards, having held senior risk and compliance positions across regulators, banks, insurers and fund managers.

We appreciate this is a new environment, where compliance is not enough: conduct and culture change not only needs to come from the top, it needs to be embedded and understood across all parts of the business. It’s through this lens, that our people work.

What our clients say…

“I find Prue and SHIFT incredibly easy to work with for our compliance resourcing needs. I can pick and choose from a menu of senior people without the red tape of other options in the market. I have also hit gold with the people I’ve engaged, who are all top of the line and very experienced in our sector. I have so much trust in SHIFT as a result.”

Chris Faherty
Head of Compliance at TSB Bank Ltd

What our Consultants say…

“I had previously been working as a lawyer and was looking to move into the risk and compliance space. I had worked closely with the compliance team in a financial services business and loved how they worked in the business, implementing change. SHIFT helped me to make that shift! Prue and the team are happy for you to say where and what you want to focus on and then do their best to help you find a particular role that fits. Also, my business model is to have the summer off each year and SHIFT allows me to work flexibly from February through to November.”
